Swift Travel Consultancy is no ordinary consultancy business. We believe in offering a flexible service which doesn’t cost a fortune and one where our clients know we are there with them for the whole journey. We offer a creative approach which can be as simple as tackling one functional problem in the business or as complex as an entire strategy review. Yet we treat both projects with the same care & interest.

The travel industry is all about relationships and partnerships. The three directors are colleagues with 75+ years of travel industry experience between them. But more importantly Jon, Malcolm & Stuart are friends of many years standing, and this brings a particularly unique form of relationship – borne of honesty, openness and understanding of the others’ skills and experiences in different parts of the industry.

We have seen most things. From tech platform migrations to disruptive competitors to the impact of bad or weak leadership. We’ve worked through high-impact world events such as 9/11, ash clouds, other viruses such as SARS & global economic crises. There is nothing which cannot be overcome with the right plan & the right help.

There are other consultancy firms. You will find excellent people and good advice. But none offer the specific travel industry experience of Swift Travel Consultancy, nor a commitment to the whole journey, large or small, and none ensures that the project doesn’t break the bank before you’ve even had a chance to implement the plan.
